Depending on the facility you are in, you can expect to be visited by one of our healthcare providers within a week of admission, with follow-up visits as medically appropriate.

Our healthcare providers start by performing a thorough review of your health history and hospitalization records, if applicable, promoting continuity of care.

Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to manage your care. We prescribe medications, order appropriate labs and radiologic studies and address acute medical care needs.

We strive to work in conjunction with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and/or sub-specialist, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Resident Case Managers. On discharge from the Skilled Nursing Facility, we provide communication with your PCP, detailing your skilled nursing stay.

Yes, our business office and medical biller work closely with all major insurance companies.

It depends on your insurance. Some insurance plans require that we collect a small co-pay for each visit.
