Our Ascent Healthcare Medical Director has gained the respect of our facility staff by being present, sharing knowledge and being available to answer questions. During a COVID Educational Session our Medical Director did an excellent job of not only answering questions but giving an explanation that was easy to understand of how the COVID vaccine works. Staff that attended the meeting stated that the meeting was very helpful and many staff that were afraid to get the vaccine received the vaccine.
